  • orders may arrive in separate packages

  • shipping times may vary depending on destination and supplier processing


4. Shipping Times & Delivery

Estimated shipping times shown on our Site are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • carrier issues

  • customs clearance

  • weather disruptions

  • high-demand periods

We are not responsible for delivery delays that are outside our control.


5. Pricing, Billing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout, unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details. If your payment is declined or flagged, we may cancel your order.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.


7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

After 6 hours, the order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.


8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and must be approved before items are returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.


10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, you agree to contact us first so we can help resolve it.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:

  • refusal of future orders

  • restriction from our Site

This does not limit your legal rights.
